Bestest asymmetrical design mishap
The mall/business strip along 109 St sandwiched between 105 and 106 Ave. On one side are similarly designed earthy toned, Mediterranean-styled stores and fast-food chains while the other side consists of business offices which either look run-down, abandoned, in the process of renovation or a combination of all three. It also feels like you’re in a time warp of some sort or in a different world all-together depending on which side you decide to look at. The decrepit buildings are classically ‘60s concrete-crazed decade while the new business stores are aesthetically pleasing and show the potential of a good business strip. Maybe in a few years.New comments for this entry have been turned off and any existing ones are hidden. We apologize for any inconvenience.
