Why does the traffic circle at 118th Ave and 142nd St have stop lights? When the debate over whether Edmonton should shit-can its traffic circles rears its head every couple of years I have always found myself onside with keeping them, if only because they're a seemingly unique anomaly, but the stop lights at that "traffic circle" really cut into any case you could make as to their effectiveness.
