Jason Troock is one of the guys behind Normals Welcome Records, but he's also a part of Shout Out Out Out Out. We didn't have the band in the studio—have you seen how much equipment that Bell guy alone is packing?—but we did take the cameras out to capture the first of two crowded album release shows for the group's second full-length, Reintegration Time.
