With a curious offer from the Alberta Liberals last week, we take a quick look at what might have culminated such a call. I had a conversation with Keith Brownsey, political science professor at the University of Mount Royal in Calgary. He offers a perspective on what Alberta's political parties need to do to position themselves for the next election.
